This course is for you if you are a Supported Adult Learner (SAL) aged 19 or over, who has learning disabilities, does not have an EHCP, and would like to feel more confident, capable and independent in daily life.

With hands-on activities in our onsite flat and beyond, you will learn how to take care of your home and yourself in a safe, supportive environment.

You will look at things such as:

• Choosing and using cleaning products safely

• Cleaning and home care to keep your space comfortable

• Ways to support your physical and mental health

• Helping a garden grow

• Building confidence in everyday routines
