Organisations, groups, and members of the public can hire our high-quality meeting rooms and academic space at affordable rates - from just £25 per hour - at our Brook Street and John Mansfield Campus sites.
Registered charities can also benefit from a discounted rate:
- 10% discount in a given month when you have room bookings of between 10 hours to 24 hours a month
- 20% discount in a given month if you have room bookings for over 25 hours a month
Our flexible meeting rooms can provide different seating styles, such as classroom, banquet or theatre-style and can accommodate up to 40 people (depending on seating arrangements).
