From meeting and conferences rooms that you can hire to innovative academic rooms and facilities, we have the perfect space for your business or community group.

Facilities include our dedicated, professional catering kitchen and our high specification classes with state-of-the-art technology set in a safe and supportive, disability friendly environment.

Whether you are looking for a space for a community group, have a big corporate event that you need to manage, or just want somewhere to run some training sessions for your team, we’re sure you’ll love our venue.

Organisations, groups, and members of the public can hire our high-quality meeting rooms and academic space at affordable rates - from just £25 per hour - at our Brook Street Campus.

Registered charities can also benefit from a discounted rate:

10% discount in a given month when you have room bookings of between 10 hours to 24 hours a month
20% discount in a given month if you have room bookings for over 25 hours a month

Our flexible meeting rooms can provide different seating styles, such as classroom, banquet or theatre-style and can accommodate up to 40 people (depending on seating arrangements).

We can also offer studio or kitchen space so, if you’re looking to host your own cookery masterclass, hire a meeting room or conference space, need a classroom for a company training workshop, you’ll find all the facilities you need at City College Peterborough.

Academic and Meeting Room Hire

Brook Street Campus

You will find a range of academic rooms for hire at our site in Brook Street, close to the city centre and within easy reach of public transport, that are ideal for training, conferences, and meetings.

All meeting and conference rooms come fully equipped with IT equipment and onsite help and support if you need it on the day. Our site and facilities are disability friendly too helping to ensure that they are accessible to everyone.

Our rooms are available to hire throughout the year:

During term time - Monday to Wednesday, evenings only
Non-term time - Monday- Wednesday, between 9am – 9pm and Thursdays and Fridays 9am – 5pm.

There’s also plenty of short-term and long-term car parking within a short walk of the college and we're around a 15-minute walk from Queensgate bus station and the train station in Peterborough.

Coffee Shop

Open for our students

Whether you want a hot or cold drink, quick snack, or sandwich pop along to our on-site coffee shop where you can enjoy freshly prepared food and snacks during the day. Our coffee shop is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 2:30pm.
