The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority also supported the academy through £147,000 of Local Growth Funds and Innovation Funding from its Adult Education Budget to create specialist teaching facilities. The funding has supported the development of an innovative health and care skills lab and study area using state of the art technology.
Our health and care skills lab and study area provides a training area to allow learners the opportunity to have hands-on practical training.
Our skills lab is home to our resident life like model patients, allowing our learners to practice treatments and care before entering a workplace. Please contact us if you wish to discuss or arrange a viewing of our training facilities.
We also provide training courses in local community centres and venues.
