Creative craft shop unveiled

City College Peterborough is delighted to announce the opening of its new Craft Shop, showcasing a range of handmade products created by talented learners from the Day Opportunities programme.

The new shop provides an exciting opportunity for learners and supported adults to display and sell their creative work while developing valuable skills in crafting, enterprise, confidence and community engagement.

The Craft Shop features a fantastic range of handmade products created by learners from various Day Opportunities projects across the College. Visitors will be able to browse a variety of unique handmade items, including bird boxes, aprons, resin crafts, keyrings and bug hotels, with each piece carefully made by our talented learners.

If you are looking for something a little more personalised, bespoke items can also be made to order, providing a unique opportunity to purchase handcrafted gifts while supporting learner development and creativity. Every purchase helps celebrate the skills, achievements and hard work of our Day Opportunities learners with all purchases helping to support future creative projects and activities within the programme.
