You will use various recipes that exemplify the core techniques and steps required in baking.During this course you will make the following receipes -Week 1 – Traybake classics – Brownie and Flapjack - with an assortment of fillings to personalise flavours. Week 2 – Biscuit week - Shortbread and Viennese. Week 3 – An English classic – Victoria sponge with homemade Jam. Week 4 - Loaf week – lemon & poppyseed frosted loaf.
