Course Overview

If you love to cook or would like to start learning, this course is for you! Our experienced tutor will guide you through the basic steps of Indian cookery. During the course, you will use various recipes that exemplify the core techniques and steps required in making delicious Indian dishes. You will make Pakoras (Onion Bhajis) , Mutter Paneer, Kidney Bean Curry (Rajmah), Chicken Korma, Lamb Pataki, Chicken Saag, Prawn Special, Roti (Chapati), Puri annd Special Rice

You will need

A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although these are available in the kitchen.

An ingredients list will be sent to you when you enrol highlighting what you need to purchase and what ingredients the College will provide.
