Course Overview

Trying new foods can be a scary thing to do for a child, but with the right approach they will be eating new fruits and vegetables in no time! Under expert guidance, you will practise the use of food play by making little healthy bugs with your child to successfully introduce them to new fruits and veg in a non-scary way. You will: • Discuss ways to encourage your child to try new foods • Practise the use of food play by making little healthy bugs

You will need

All materials will be provided, you only have to bring yourself and your curiosity. We are happy to welcome max. 2 children (4+) per adult.This course is funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. Eligibility criteria apply and learners will be expected to evidence this by showing ID, proof of address and proof of income. We will not retain copies of these documents.
