Course Overview

If you would like to build on existing knowledge of Indian cookery or have finished our ‘First Steps of Indian Cookery’ course, then this course is for you! Under the expert guidance of our tutor, you will make a variety of dishes that explore more advanced cooking techniques. This exciting course will develop your skills so that you can continue to make delicious food at home to share with friends and family. You will make Chana Dhal, Lamb Kebab, Samosas, Butter Chicken Curry, Brinjal Bhartha (Aubergine), Chicken Karai, Lamb Chops Masala, King Prawn Balti, Coconut Rice, Naan Bread and Stuffed Paratha (Potatoes).

You will need

A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although these are available in the kitchen.

An ingredients list will be sent to you when you enrol highlighting what you need to purchase and what ingredients the College will provide.
