This is an exciting and fun introductory course to learn about the basics of Indian cooking. The course will begin with explaining about different spices and why we use them in a particular way for Indian cooking. You will make a variety of vegetarian and meat starters which includes
Aloo, tikki
Onion Bhajis
Shami kebabs
Jeera chicken
A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although these are available in the kitchen.
An ingredients list will be sent to you when you enrol highlighting what you need to purchase and what ingredients the College will provide.
