Our Saturday Taster Session, will give you an insight into the world of Indian cuisine. In this session, you’ll learn how to prepare two classic dishes: Onion Bhaji and Chickpea Masala.
This beginner-friendly course will introduce you to essential Indian cooking techniques and ingredients. You'll gain hands-on experience in making these popular dishes, with guidance from our Tutor. Whether you’re completely new to Indian cooking or want to refine your skills, this session will provide a perfect starting point.
By the end of the class, you'll not only have two delicious dishes to take home but also a deeper appreciation for Indian flavours and spices.
This taster session can also be a stepping stone toward our Indian Cookery Courses, where you can further expand your culinary knowledge and skills.
