Course Overview

It is time to get hands-on this Movember with our Drop-In Seat Renovation Workshop. Under expert guidance, you will restore an old drop-in seat, discuss ideas with others and discover the many wellbeing benefits of getting stuck-into something physical.You will: • Strip down the chair and prepare it to be restored • Wax or paint the frame • Use modern upholstery materials and techniques to restore the seat • Reassemble the chair

You will need

All materials will be provided. This course is aimed at male participants only to support and highlight men’s wellbeing.This course is funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. Eligibility criteria apply and learners will be expected to evidence this by showing ID, proof of address and proof of income. We will not retain copies of these documents.
