Our Money Management for Supported Adults course builds on our Multiply: Confident with Money for Supported Adults course. The course aims to further improve your understanding of money and introduce you to ways to get on top of your spending. A mix of discussions and practical activities will support you to develop basic maths skills to empower you to manage your money better. This course is aimed at Supported Adult Learners (SAL)(19+) with learning disabilities who do not have an EHCP.
You will:
• Use basic maths skills such as adding and subtracting to work out change.
• Explore your attitudes towards money.
• Discuss ways to help you save money and things that can influence your spending.
• Learn about budgeting your money.
• Receive information on where to go if you have money problems.
All materials will be provided.
This course is funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. Eligibility criteria apply which learners will be expected to evidence by
providing ID, proof of address and proof of income upon enrolment.
