Step back in time and uncover the wonders of Ancient Egypt while building essential math skills! This interactive course empowers parents to support their child’s numeracy development through engaging, hands-on activities. Explore key mathematical concepts by uncovering how the Egyptians buried their dead and used hieroglyphics. By the end of the course, parents and children alike will gain practical math skills, historical knowledge, and fun strategies to make learning together an exciting adventure!
You will:
• Improve your knowledge about Ancient Egypt.
• Apply basic mathematical concepts to create your own sarcophagus.
• Explore ways to support your child’s numeracy development.
All materials will be provided.
This course is funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. To ensure eligibility, learners must provide valid ID, proof of address, and proof of income. Please note that while these documents will be reviewed, no copies will be retained. If you have previously completed a Multiply course, you will not be eligible to enrol in this program.
