If you would like to build on existing knowledge of Indian cookery or have finished our ‘First Steps of Indian Cookery’ course, then this course is for you! Under the expert guidance of our tutor, you will make a variety of dishes that explore more advanced cooking techniques. This exciting course will develop your skills so that you can continue to make delicious food at home to share with friends and family.
A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although some of these are available in the kitchen. City College Peterborough will be in touch regarding any fresh ingredients you may need to bring with you to the class.
