Are you a supported adult learner (SAL) aged 19 or over who has learning disabilities, does not have an EHCP, and do you find technology like computers challenging? If you answered yes, our SAL Click, Create and Connect course could be just what you need!
You will learn how to use everyday digital tools safely through guided, hands-on activities in a supportive environment that will build your confidence, foster your independence, and open doors to new opportunities!
You will learn how to:
• Create images using different shapes.
• Send and receive emails
• Stay safe online and spot common scams
• Share your photos from your phone using free apps like WhatsApp
• Downland and use helpful apps
• Stream music, videos, and more from the internet
• Access online services like your library, GP, and online banking

This course is funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority. Eligibility criteria apply which learners will be expected to evidence by
providing ID, proof of address and proof of income upon enrolment.
A fee will only be applicable if you’re income is over the threshold set by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
After completing this course, you can discuss with your tutor to move onto one of our other SAL courses such as SAL Once Upon a Picture or the options to move onto a more advanced IT course.
