SAL Sound and Movement - A Journey through music and movement

Are you a supported Adult learner (SAL) aged 19 or over who has learning disabilities, does not have an EHCP, and you enjoy music and dancing? If you answered yes, our SAL Sound & Movement course is just what you need!

Dancing is a great way to enjoy music, move your body, and have fun with others. It can help you feel happier, healthier, and more connected to people around you (BBC, n.d.). In this course, you will take part in interactive sessions where you will explore both music and movement.

You will, for example:

• Listen to different types of music

• Explore a range of dance styles

• Work together as part of a team to create performances

• Use musical instruments to explore sounds and rhythms
