This beginner-friendly course will introduce you to essential Indian/Asian cooking techniques and ingredients. You'll gain hands-on experience in making these popular dishes, with guidance from our Tutor. Whether you’re completely new to cooking or want to refine your skills, this session will provide a perfect starting point. Within this course you will make Kabuli Pulao and Cucumber Raita, Chapshoro and Apricot Chutney, Chapli Kebab and Masala Alloo, Kulcha and Cholay, Chicken Masala Macroni and Masala Chai.
A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although these are available in the kitchen. An ingredients list will be sent to you when you enrol highlighting what you need to purchase and what ingredients the College will provide.
