This Indian cookery course is a hands-on introduction to some well-loved South Asian curries. Under the guidance of our tutor, you will make Goan Fish Curry, Chicken Karahi, Paneer Makhani, Murgh Cholay and Saag Paneer.
You’ll learn the basics of curry cooking, from using spices and making different sauces to cooking meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes with confidence.
With simple, easy to follow methods and traditional flavours, the course will help you feel comfortable making tasty, authentic curries at home.
A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although these are available in the kitchen.
An ingredients list will be sent to you when you enrol highlighting what you need to purchase and what ingredients the College will provide.
