The Art Of Pottery: Beginner's Guide

Have you always fancied having a go at making your own pottery? Has The Great Pottery Throwdown inspired you to try and make your own hand-built creation? This beginner’s course is a practical, structured course with demonstrations and set projects are initially worked through (increasing in difficulty) to take you through the basic hand building techniques. You will also learn how to decorate your piece with techniques such as applying slip, sgraffito and mark making.
