In this course you will learn a variety of different sweet bake. How to store them in both fridge and freezer and how you can adapt them at home to meet personal preferences.
We will cover:
Week 1. Viennese swirls with either a lemon or jam filling and chocolate dipped shortbread biscuits.
Week 2. Berry crunch crumble bar make with homemade berry compote.
Week 3. Classic bakewell tart.
Week 4. Muffins – a selection of different fillings from chocolate chip to blueberry to Biscoff and more.
week 5. Raspberry and white chocolate blondies and raspberry white chocolate cookies.
You will need to bring a container to bring your bakes home. Feel free to bring your own aprons.
