In this course you will learn a variety of different gluten free sweet bake. How to store them in both fridge and freezer and how you can adapt them at home to meet personal preferences.
We will cover:
Week 1. Scones – fruit and classic cheese.
Week 2. Lemon cake with buttercream frosting.
Week 3. Tripple chocolate brownie and berry crunch flapjack.
Week 4. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
Week 5. Chocolate cake with a chocolate frosting.
You will need to bring a container to bring your bakes home.
Feel free to bring your own aprons.
