In this course you will learn a variety of different vegan sweet bakes. How to store them in both fridge and freezer and how you can adapt them at home to meet personal preferences.We will cover: Week 1. Chocolate brownie. Week 2. Classic Victoria sponge with homemade fruit compote. Week 3. Lemon Bakewell bar. Week 4. Raspberry & rose cake with vegan buttercream. Week 5. New York style baked cheesecake.
