Vegan Indian Cookery

This is an introductory course for Vegan Indian cooking. This course covers a range of simple recipes that will improve and expand on your basic knowledge of spices and teach you how to use different spices to get a desired outcome and develop more complex dishes, you will be able to identify how various spices interact and enhance a dish. As this course is a cooking workshop there is lot of interactions between the learners and the tutor demonstrating why and when to use certain spices and to build your confidence so that your knowledge, guidance on Indian cooking is enhanced.
