This is an introductory course for Vegan Indian cooking. This course covers a range of simple recipes that will improve and expand on your basic knowledge of spices and teach you how to use different spices to get a desired outcome and develop more complex dishes, you will be able to identify how various spices interact and enhance a dish. You will make Chana Dhal, Kidney bean Curry, Samosas, Chana Masala, Aloo Gobi, Bringal Bharta, Special Rice, Roti (Chapati) and Bombay Sweet Potatoes.
A heavy based saucepan or a wok, if you prefer to bring your own, although these are available in the kitchen.
An ingredients list will be sent to you when you enrol highlighting what you need to purchase and what ingredients the College will provide.
