In this course you will learn a variety of different vegan savoury bake. How to store them in both fridge and freezer and how you can adapt them at home to meet personal preferences.
We will cover:
Week 1. Scones – classic cheese and herb & chilli.
Week 2. Muffins – courgette, sundried tomato & basil and vegan cheese & onion.
Week 3. Quiche- spinach and cherry tomato with a wholemeal crust.
Week 4. Root vegetable mini loafs.
Week 5. Courgette bread.
You will need to bring a container to bring your bakes home. Feel free to bring your own aprons.
