Join us for a delightful journey into the world of baking! In Vegan Savoury Sensations, you’ll learn to create a delicious variety of classic vegan savoury bakes. You’ll also discover how to store your baked goods properly in both the fridge and freezer, and how to easily adapt each recipe to suit your taste or dietary needs at home. Perfect for home bakers of all skill levels, this course will leave you confident in creating timeless favourites the whole family can enjoy.

We will cover:

Week 1. Scones – classic cheese and herb & chilli.

Week 2. Muffins – courgette, sundried tomato & basil and vegan cheese & onion.

Week 3. Quiche- spinach and cherry tomato with a wholemeal crust.

Week 4. Root vegetable mini loafs.

Week 5. Courgette bread.

You will need

You will need to bring a container to bring your bakes home. Feel free to bring your own aprons.
